Ventzki Handling Systems from Eislingen will be presenting its latest developments in handling systems for lifting, tilting and tipping at the LogiMAT 2024 trade fair in Stuttgart. The latest product groups include handling systems on rotating devices. Ventzki is also developing more and more special devices for automated intralogistics processes.
“We are constantly developing with our customers from a wide range of industries,” emphasizes Ventzki Managing Director Gregor Zens. He is referring in particular to the new product series of handling systems on turning devices and special solutions for intralogistics. The latter is primarily about mastering transfer systems with the appropriate interface and, for example, automatically connecting driverless transport systems with lifting, tilting or tipping systems.
The advantages of handling systems with a turning device are obvious: “As always, it’s all about ergonomics and process efficiency,” emphasizes Zens. For example, a turning device allows two workers to work at the same time in one place. Or it is simply a matter of being able to initiate the next work process very quickly and without having to move the containers.
Of course, visitors to LogiMAT 2024 from 19 to 21 March 2024 at Stand C19 in Hall 7 at the Stuttgart exhibition grounds will also be able to gain an insight into the other products offered by the Eislingen-based company, which is part of the Carl Stahl Group. They will be able to see a HE-EP 200 lifting and turning device for picking up KLT containers with floor rollers as well as the NEE transfer device with infinitely adjustable tilt angle and integrated level gauge. With a nominal load capacity of 2,000 kg, the NEE is suitable for large load carriers.
